It was a incredibly busy week at Pineridge School. Students were working hard on their learning and preparing for our Winter Celebration of Learning that is taking place on Dec. 18 from 6-7PM. It was also a week where students had an important presentation about fire safety. We had Todd, a firefighter from the Calgary Fire Department, join us for presentations about fire prevention, safe practices and fire safety. We appreciate the time he took to answer the great questions our students had and do presentation for Kindergarten, Grades 1-3 and Grade 4-6. It is important for our students to have these important community connections and learn about who, in the community, are there to help us.
