This week at Pineridge School students have been actively engaged in learning and collaboration across a variety of areas. In physical education, classes continued to explore Olympic sports, discovering the skills, teamwork, and dedication involved while trying out related games and activities. In classrooms, students worked together on group projects, practicing communication, cooperation, and problem-solving as they shared ideas and supported one another. Numeracy skills remained a strong focus, with students building confidence through hands-on activities, games, and real-world math challenges. Our Grade 5 and 6 student leaders have also been busy planning for Pink Shirt Day, along with encouraging students to wear pink, they are organizing an assembly to promote kindness, inclusion, and awareness throughout the school community.
It may have been a short week but it was another exciting and productive week of learning!
