This week at Pineridge School, students were busy developing key skills through engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Across classrooms, learners worked on strengthening their collaborative skills, practicing how to share ideas, listen respectfully, and problem-solve together. Grade 6 classes focused on learning how to research effectively, asking thoughtful questions, using age-appropriate sources, and organizing information in meaningful ways. In other classrooms, like Grade 2, learning came together through opportunities to build and create, as students applied their new knowledge to design projects, construct models, and showcase their thinking in creative ways. Grade 1 students were able to work together to solve numeracy questions and practice through math talks. It was exciting to see curiosity, teamwork, and creativity on display throughout the week!
