The week leading up to Spring Break was a busy and engaging one across Pineridge School. In physical education, students put their gymnastics skills to the test by participating in a fun “Mission Impossible” scenario, where they applied balance, coordination, and problem-solving in creative ways. In classrooms, students continued to build their numeracy skills through math games and explored new strategies for approaching problem solving. Writing development was also a focus, with our youngest learners in kindergarten working on the letter K, while older students progressed all the way to crafting full essays in Grade 6. To wrap up the week, our school community came together for Athletic Day, with staff and students showing their spirit by dressing in their favourite team or sports attire, creating a fun and energetic atmosphere for all. We ended the week with Parent Teacher Interviews where teachers were able to connect with families. Have a great Spring Break and don't forget to check out our instagram @Pineridgeproud
