This week at Pineridge School was busy and full of learning. From in school presentations to field trips, a lot of our classes were experiencing further enriched learning. Our Grade 6 students were hard at work developing their persuasive writing skills and continuing their engaging solar system projects. Students demonstrated creativity and critical thinking as they researched planets, explored scientific concepts, and worked to strengthen their ability to communicate ideas clearly and convincingly through writing.

In Grade 5, students created meaningful art and writing projects connected to their social studies curriculum. Through these projects, students reflected on important topics and shared their learning in thoughtful and creative ways. Students also had the opportunity to use iPads to record themselves sharing personal stories, helping them build confidence in oral communication while integrating technology into their learning experiences.

It was a great week leading up to a lovely long weekend. Don't forget to check us out on Instagram! @Pineridgeproud
